The Highway 407 Express Toll Route, GTA
Environmental Auditor, Landscape Architect, with Delcan Corporation
As a consultant on the Highway 407 project we acted on behalf of the Delcan Corporation as the Independent Agent overseeing the designs associated with landscaping and the environmental components of the project for the Ontario Transportation Capital Corporation. This included monitoring of the Seeding, Landscape Plantings, Environmental Constraints and Vegetation Restoration of the creek and river crossings.

The Briton House Retirement Residence, Toronto 
Project Landscape Architect, with Cole Sherman and Associates Ltd.
A three year project, of a 3 million architectural expansion of the Briton House, Pask Landscape Architects designed all Landscape elements of the Development; the roof top terrace, streetscape and incredible indoor tropical garden, which included waterfalls, walking paths, 9 holes of miniature golf, lawn bowling, a Chapel, dining room and Gazebo. The project was overseen from detailed design to construction detailing with municipal approvals.

LakeShore Estates Condominiums, Toronto 
Project Landscape Architect
Pask Landscape Architects was hired to master plan and redesign the Condominium Building property in the Lakeshore area of west Toronto. Proposals for improvements to the property were proposed with long term Maintenance Guidelines, to help upgrade the grounds. Initial implementation of entry planting took place in 2009.

40 Holly Street Commercial Building, Toronto

Pask Landscape Architects carried out landscape upgrades and design to the central downtown commercial building. Design concepts, budgets, and plans were presented for the beautification to the front entrance and new entry with new seating, planter boxes, and plant material.

1901 Bayview Condominiums, Toronto

Pask Landscape Architects was hired to recreate and design the front of the Condominium Building in Central Toronto. Design concepts, budgets, and plans were presented for the beautification to the front driveway entrance, new plantings, streetscape buffering and City approvals.

Steeles Ave and Heritage Rd Creek Crossing of Levi/Mullet Creek Watermain, Brampton  Project

Pask Landscape Architects  prepared a Vegetation Restoration Plans for the areas of both Levi and Mullet Creek. Planting details, detailed contract drawings and specifications for the Engineering approvals of the Watermain, including Credit Valley Conservation approvals. Onsite management of landscape work was overseen and inspected.

Commercial Development of Toronto Stock Yards

proposed A& P Commercial development of the Toronto Stock Yards lands on St. Clair Ave.

Kennedy Street Tree Inventory and Preservation Plan, Aurora

Pask Landscape Architects worked with Cole Sherman Engineers through the Public Meeting and City approval process to propose tree preservation along the historically significant area of Aurora. Tree Preservation plans, details and specifications were prepared.

Credit River/Steeles Bridge Engineering Widening, Brampton

The project involved detailed design and construction drawings with approvals for the widening of Steeles Avenue bridge over the Credit River. We prepared Vegetation Restoration plans for the disturbed areas of the River banks and new Planting details and specifications for the Engineering approvals of the Bridge Design.

Bathurst and Green Lane West Road Widening, Municipality of York

Pask Landscape Architects worked with Cole Sherman Engineers and Gartner Lee to prepare a comprehensive Vegetation Restoration Plan, Woodlot Edge Planting Plan, Contract Drawings and Specifications. We worked with details of Vegetation Management Plans and made proposals for locations of clearing access, boundaries, stockpiles and storage which were crucial to the existing vegetation preservation.

Responsible for the professional stamping and review of Mitchell Pound and Braddocks Landscape Plans 
and the overseeing the construction of the parks planting.

Elgin Mills Stormwater Management, Richmond Hill

Responsible for the professional review of Mitchell Pound and Braddocks Landscape Plans of the 
extended Detention Pond for GM4 of the stormwater management for the German Mills Creek.

Kroman Residence – Arborist Tree Assessment
Project Landscape Architect: The Kingsway
Arborist tree assessment of the health and recommendations for protection of the existing site trees was carried 
out in relation to an application for variance on the owners proposed addition.

The Petr - Industrial Development, Mississauga 
Project Landscape Architect, with Mitchell Pound and Braddock Ltd
The development of this 323,000 m2 site for Petr Holdings Inc., in Mississauga, involved landscape buffering 
and entrance way planting for site plan approvals.

The Jane Rutherford Trunk Sanitary Sewer, Vaughan 
Project Landscape Architect, Cole Sherman and Associates Ltd.
Responsible for preparing a Vegetation Restoration Plan and Site and Channel Restoration Plan for the 
area disturbed by the Sanitary Sewer crossing of the West Don River.

Elgin Mills Stormwater Management, Richmond Hill

As the landscape architect for the project we prepared the tender and specification package for the project. We carried out the administration of the landscaping of the GM stormwater management for the German Mills Creek. 

The Baker’s Farm Woodlot, Vaughan

Responsible for the preparation of a report investigating the environmental sustainablity for the development 
of the sugar bush woodlots on the Baker’s Farmstead.
